He is also a member of our HPA ‘Ohana! Rain Squall is a rare original oil on canvas that depicts a natural phenomenon in simplified, abstract forms with an appealing color palette. One can imagine Mike on the water seeing the rain squall in the distance and recalling it without perturbation; he painted the calm expanse of ocean in the foreground balanced by the beautiful sun-tipped clouds above.
